Was the Giant’s Skeleton Discovered Fighting a Serpent in Thailand?

Another image allegedly depicting the finding of the remains of a giant who “appeared to have been battling a large horned serpent upon death” in a cave in Krabi, Thailand, was added to the internet’s database of giant skeleton pictures in 2018:

The majority of these kinds of pictures are either digitally altered or depict scenes that have been manufactured, as was the case here. This image is a result of a 2018 modern art piece that was featured in a cave in Thailand as part of a biennial exhibition:
