Nicki Minaj has finally purchased a property after living in large properties distributed over the greater Los Angeles region, from Beverly Hills to Malibu, for many years. Records indicate that the renowned “Starships” of the Grammy Award-winning rapper has crashed-landed in Hidden Hills, a guard-gated community in the San Fernando Valley, where she has spent $19.5 mιllιon on a brand-new mansion.

The large modern farmhouse, constructed this year by a local developer, was sold “before listing on the MLS,” according to the property agent. As a result, it never had a chance to go on the market.

It also has a pool, a pool house, a tennis court, and a three-car garage. The property is being sold by the estate of the late John A. McCall, who died in 2017 at age 90. He was a real estate developer and the founder of the McCall Corporation, which was one of the largest real estate development companies in the country. He also founded the McCall Pattern Company, which is still in business today.

The home is located in the Brentwood School District and is close to the Brentwood Country Mart, Brentwood Village, and the Brentwood Country Club.

The home is listed for $9,995,000 with Hilton & Hyland.

The home also has a 2,000-bottle wine cellar, a 1,000-square-foot gym, a 1,000-square-foot office, a 1,000-square-foot guest house, and a 1,000-square-foot pool house.

The property is listed by Jade Mills of Coldwell Banker Previews International.

The home is a 10,000-square-foot mansion with six bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, a pool, and a tennis court. The couple reportedly paid $100,000 a month to rent the home, which is owned by a company called 1 Oak.

The couple also owns a home in Miami, which they purchased in 2014 for $4.5 million. The 8,000-square-foot home is located in the exclusive gated community of Gables Estates.

The property was purchased by Minaj in 2014 for $7.7 million, according to property records, and was listed for sale in 2016 for $10.995 million. The property was then taken off the market and listed for lease in 2017 for $40,000 per month.
