Kevin Durant stayed at an incredible Hollywood Hills West rental home during the previous offseason. He is currently establishing himself in Southern California.

The Los Angeles Times reports that Durant paid $12.05 million last week for a 5,136-square-foot oceanfront home in Malibu.

There are four bedrooms and six bathrooms in the multi-story house. In 2013, it was completely remodeled. The property is a fully automated smart home with an elevator, a theater, a gym on the loft, and surround sound throughout, according to the Redfin listing.
