A New England Patriots fan who had to sell his season tickets to afford medical treatment was overcome with emotion after learning that the team would pay for all of his medical expenses and give him free entry for the next five seasons. A Patriots spokesperson said: “Once you’re part of the Patriots family, you’ll never have to fight alone.”
