Unveiling UFO Encounters: 5 Locations in India with Reports of Extraterrestrial Sighting

As time goes by, there are more and more reports of Unidentified Flying Objects (UFOs) appearing online. Unusual objects gently flying above the earth, a brilliant illumination that seemed to be suspended in the air, and ‘alien craft’ with distinctive patterns in the nighttime skies. The US Military published three authenticated UFO footage earlier this year, garnering attention on a global scale. India has its own accounts of allegedly seeing extraterrestrial life.
Here are five locations in India where reports of UFO encounters have been made:

On August 4, 2013, many Indian Army officials are said to have concurred that they had spotted a UFO in the Ladakh region near the Line of Actual Control with China. At the time, more than 100 sightings were reported, according to the locals. It wasn’t the first time that Indian soldiers had presented themselves with that.

A similar sighting was reported in 2012 by an ITBP unit stationed in Thakung, close to Pangong Tso Lake, who claimed to have observed “two yellowish spheres” emerge from the horizon on the Chinese side, hang in the sky for a few hours, and then gradually vanish.

Major Sebastian Zachariah’s wife, Divya Sebastian, told The New Indian Express that her husband had unintentionally captured an image of a UFO while exploring the functions of the phone he had just purchased. They even visited the customer service office of the phone firm to see if the phone’s camera had malfunctioned and captured something flawed, but nothing of the sort was discovered.

Upon learning of the incidence, Professor Jayant Murthy of the Indian Institute of Astrophysics in Bangalore simply dismissed the theory and asserted that it might have been a delusion because “these are nothing real.”
