The ticket prices for the Commanders-Lions Divisional Round fixture are the most expensive in NFL history, making the upcoming game the priciest ever, barring the Super Bowl.

The Lions will host Washington at their Ford Field in just their third playoff home game this century, and it appears they’re looking to make the most of it.

Detroit has had very few playoff games in recent times, and they’ve already missed out on one this postseason, having secured a bye. So fans looking to attend will have to pay top dollar.

The cheapest seat for the game is reported to cost $597, while the average price is a whopping $991.

Premium Seats For Commanders-Lions Playoff Game Well Over $1,000

The cheapest ticket for the 100 sections, the lower bowl, was $666, with prices touching $1,300 for the seats behind the team bench at the 40-yard line.

The least expensive ticket in the 100 sections, which is the lower bowl, costs $666 for two seats together.

The Lions, who boast an impressive 15-2 record, had the second-highest average ticket price in the NFL at $390.

Should the Commanders-Lions fixture go the way Detroit would like it and they make it to another NFC Championship game, tickets for this Saturday’s fixture would be cheap in comparison.

The average entrance fee to a potential NFC Championship game at the Lions’ Ford Field has been listed at just under $1,250, per StubHub, while some sections are close to $2,000.
